TERMS OF PAYMENT


Clients, users or purchasers may use a credit card, bank transfer or any other payment method offered by the Web site when selecting the product, article or service of their interest.
Payment is made at the moment your order is created. For this reason, the client, user or purchaser must provide all personal data and information requested by JOYA LIFE, and protect all his personal and financial data for the purpose of combating fraud. Nevertheless, JOYA LIFE will not assume any liability for fraudulent use of your information and payment methods used by any third parties.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as payments through 2checkout.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEE
JOYA LIFE is a Panamanian Company located in Panama and Guatemala. If you are purchasing from outside Panama, your credit card company or bank may charge you a fee that might appear as charged by JOYA LIFE. This fee is not charged by JOYA LIFE, since this fee is charged by your bank, because you are purchasing something from outside your home country. We will not refund this charge, since it was not charged by JOYA LIFE. Contact your Credit Card Company or bank regarding this charge.

We take active measures to ensure full security of your credit card details and personal information. In addition to processing every credit card sales through a fully secure and reputable third party service, the payment is protected by the industry standard, to protect your private data.
TAXES
Please note that JOYA LIFE does not collect certain taxes that are compulsory in some countries, and JOYA LIFE does not benefit from them in any way. The prices announced do not include taxes that could be generated in your home country for purchase or shipment.
If the product or service purchased in JOYA LIFE generates taxes to pay, JOYA LIFE will not be responsible for providing this information. The client, purchaser or user must ensure that the selected shipping company gives such information to the personal data he provides to JOYA LIFE. Moreover, JOYA LIFE does not accept product returns or refunds related to the non-liberation of a product due to tax expenses that were not paid by the user, client or purchaser, generated by shipment.

PRICE AND SHIPMENT
The prices shown are only of an indicative nature and have no contractual value. These prices correspond to the prices recommended and stablished by JOYA LIFE in all its stores, and are subject to change without prior notice. As for the jewelry, products and services presented on JOYA LIFE’s Web page, the indicated prices correspond to the material and raw material duly identified in each product or service, and are also subject to change according with bigger or smaller sizes.


SHIPMENT AND POST-SHIPMENT VERIFICATION
Please ensure to enter the correct billing address and contact information as appears on your bank statement or credit card. Transactions might be unauthorized if the information entered does not exactly coincide with the information contained in your bank or credit card provider.
Some transactions may also be considered for subsequent verification by our Customer Service team. Ensure to introduce the correct shipping address (number and name of the street, city, state and postal code), since we do not accept responsibility for parcels sent to the wrong address when the shipping address is not introduced correctly.
SHIPMENT
None of the prices on the Web site include worldwide shipping costs. Your JOYA LIFE products will be shipped from our warehouse, located in Guatemala.
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at the time of payment. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Immediate shipping is not available. Please allow up to 2 business days for your shipping order (if you place an order on Monday, your parcel may be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Express and other shipping options are not refundable.

We introduced DHL as our shipping provider. International orders will now be sent from our warehouse in Guatemala (subject to availability).
JOYA LIFE is not able to know if shipping is possible to certain countries, depending on the shipping method you select or your country’s social situation and customs.
Very rarely, international shipping to some countries may take 4-8 weeks due to the slow customs operations in these countries. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance processes of the destination country.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your payment has been made, you will receive an e-mail once we have processed your order (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a confirmation by e-mail once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or parcel, please contact your courier before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 days to receive information regarding your shipment. In some rare cases, your shipment information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order.

INTERNATIONAL FEES AND DUTIES
All international customers are responsible for paying the custom fee, taxes, duties etc. upon receiving the order. These fees are paid to the government and are not collected by JOYA LIFE, therefore they cannot be reimbursed.
The parcels are sent with unpaid duties and taxes, which means that these duties or taxes are not included on the price of the products you purchase from our Web site. Any applicable fee must be paid by the purchaser in order to receive the parcel. Because we are not able to indicate the amount of fees to pay, we recommend you contact your country’s customs office or tax deduction agent for information about the respective duties and taxes for a parcel that comes from outside your country.
Note that for some services, DHL pays for the duties and taxes that must be paid once the parcel enters the country. This simple process guarantees the collection of mail and its rapid delivery to the designated address. Products shall be released only after all duties and taxes are paid on your behalf. In certain occasions, you may receive a DHL invoice after the delivery of your parcel, for the taxes which have been paid on your behalf and according with its destination, plus a small administration fee.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that he provides the correct shipping address. We make every effort to speed up the processing and shipping, and there is no chance to cancel / change your order or the shipping address. Additional delivery charges: If the parcel returns to us due to an incorrect address and you wish to receive a refund, you will not be refunded.
Parcels will only be delivered to the user’s permanent home. It is understood that parcels will not be delivered to hotels, business addresses or PO boxes.

DELIVIERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
JOYA LIFE assumes no liability if a third person, unrelated to the user, receives the product or service on the user’s behalf, or time of delivery.
All our parcels include a tracking number and a confirmation of delivery. If your tracking information confirms that the article has been delivered to your shipping address, yet you have not received your order, please contact the couriers in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held responsible for parcels which tracking information states that it has been delivered to your shipping address.

INSURANCE
JOYA LIFE informs that the days for receiving the product or service may vary according with the company of your choice. Moreover, the insurance policies of the product vary according with the shipping method and company of your choice, and in some cases it should be noted that certain shipping methods and companies do not provide insurance for the product or service, and in such cases, JOYA LIFE is not responsible for refunding the price paid for the loss of the item on shipment, since it is not associated with the shipping companies.
In addition, JOYA LIFE accepts no liability for insurance collection management in the specific and exceptional cases when your shipment is insured by the shipping company. These proceedings must be made by the purchaser, user or client.
JOYA LIFE cannot be held responsible if the external appearance of the parcel is not perfect, since this is attributed to the Courier service selected by the client.
